NOTICE OF SOVEREIGN JURISDICTION & CLAN AUTHORITY

TO ALL AGENTS, DIPLOMATIC REPRESENTATIVES, AND FOREIGN ENTITIES:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the White Pine Republic (WPR) and its associated commerce, including Sovereign Sons, operate under the original and inherent authority of the Direct Clan Families.

I. SOURCE OF AUTHORITY: TRADITIONAL CLAN LICENSING

Be advised that all licenses, permits, and commercial mandates governing this entity originate directly from our Traditional Longhouse.

• Non-Chartered Status: We are not a "chartered tribal enterprise." Chartered entities are modern constructs of foreign law and were not signatories to our original, perpetual treaties.

• Original Signatories: Our authority is derived from the bloodline families who are the true and only successors to the original treaties, including the Treaty of Canandaigua (1794) and the Two Row Wampum.

• Direct Governance: We do not answer to administrative tribal councils; we answer to the traditional protocols of our Clan Families.

II. NOTICE OF COMPLIANCE UNDER DURESS

Any appearance of interaction with, or adherence to, the administrative regulations of the United States or its domestic dependent subdivisions is COMPLIANCE UNDER DURESS.

• Reservation of Rights: Such compliance is performed solely to avoid the immediate threat of unlawful seizure, harassment, or force by foreign agents.

• No Waiver of Sovereignty: Compliance under duress does not constitute a waiver of our inherent rights, nor does it grant any foreign power "plenary" jurisdiction over our traditional trade.

• Protest of Tax Collection: We explicitly reject the demand to collect taxes from our non-taxable constituents. Any demand by a foreign power for us to serve as their tax collector is a violation of the Kaswentha (Two Row Wampum) and is met with formal protest.

III. LEGAL AUTONOMY & JURISDICTION

• Not Wards of the State: We are a free and independent people. We are not "wards" and we do not exist under the "guardianship" of the United States.

• Exclusive Licensing: Only the Tobacco Commerce Commission, acting under the mandate of the White Pine Republic, has the authority to regulate our commerce.

• Legal Bar: All agents are hereby noticed that interference with our clan-licensed trade is an actionable breach of International Law and the Great Law of Peace.
